Nineteen members, 120+ residents, fifteen clubs

Chair, Discipline & Clubs Departments, Student Council

As chair of the Discipline Department I led a 19-member team in conducting dormitory safety inspections, mediating student disputes and maintaining daily order, providing administrative support to 120+ residential students. I also launched the Campus Law Reading Corner, curating law-themed books and reading material to promote legal knowledge and campus safety education.

Alongside it I managed a 15-member club management team, coordinating the establishment and operation of on-campus clubs and organising Club Showcase Week and the Top Ten Clubs selection event.

Violation record form, 5 October — the dormitory, room numbers and the situation recorded by the member on duty.
A record form for rooms 622, 623 and 625 — the checks the department logged on a normal evening.
The same rooms, with the specific issues written out: a light left on, noise in the corridor, a phone in use after curfew.

Weekly experiments chosen by the members

President, School Physics Club

As president of the School Physics Club I determined the weekly physics topics from member votes, and designed experiment demonstrations, teaching materials and interactive discussions to help members connect physics concepts with real-world applications.

I formed a five-member peer tutoring team and worked with two upperclassmen to produce two volumes of AP Physics study guide, distributing 74 copies and supporting 150+ students through after-class sessions, one-on-one tutoring and an online discussion group.

Presenting the club’s Topic Pages & Resources on stage — the study pages and sign-in policy we built so members could prepare a topic before each weekly session. Grade 11.
